"The psychoanalytic approach to psychosomatics» Master's thesis is made in academic format and is a scientific study, the purpose of which was to analyze the psychoanalytic approach to psychosomatics. Theoretical and empirical studies of some psychoanalysts in the form of case studies with patients were analyzed. In the course of practice, the results were obtained, reflecting the purpose of this work and confirming its hypothesis, saying that soma and psycho are inseparable in the formation of somatic disease, but still the disease can be divided into psychosomatic and non-psychosomatic: - Not psychosomatic - these are conversion, hysterical symptoms, where there is an unconscious sense, fantasies. The beginning of the symptom comes from desire or affection (incestuous, forbidden desire, desire) runs the conversion and can appear the symptom of and further displacement. There are post-Edipal superego prohibitions on incestuous desires, good mentalities, representation attraction. - Psychosomatic symptoms (regression and progressive disorganization) States that the symptom is stupid, that there is no sense in it, weak mentalization. Mental path of the weak, the action is impossible, a standstill – in consequence of which there is a regression and exacerbation of the disease, which was torn where it falls. With regression, it is possible to return to old diseases. Meaning can be found in the process of treatment, the disease as a binding object and the formation of meaning around it. The scientific novelty and value of this work lies in the interdisciplinary approach to the study of psychosomatic disorders, in the integration of approaches, but at the same time in their uniqueness. We consider the views of different analysts on this issue. Keyword: Psychosomatics, psychosomatic disorders, psychosomatic symptoms, psychoanalytic schools.
