Participation of the Prosecutor in Various Types of Lawsuits

This work is devoted to the participation of the Prosecutor in various types of Russian process. It analyzes the main features of the role of the Prosecutor in civil, arbitration, administrative and criminal proceedings, in order to identify existing shortcomings in this area. Also, the author made a study of foreign experience in this area in search of solutions to the problems found in the analysis of the domestic process. The results of this work were the introduction of proposals for the implementation of several promising schemes used in the law of other States in the Russian law, with the purpose of increasing the efficiency of activity of the Prosecutor and the elimination of the found problems.
