Annotation Stimulation of labor is one of the key tools that has a serious impact on improving the efficiency of the personnel of the organization, which, in turn, depend on the results and effectiveness of both the individual structural unit and the organization as a whole. At the moment, state organizations use the method of material incentives to motivate employees more widely, which suits the staff, but in the crisis conditions of a limited budget, the organization will not have alternative tools that motivate employees, since non-material incentives also require financial resources and sometimes even investment (for example, the construction of sanatoriums, kindergartens, etc.). The study conducted among employees of state organizations and students of state higher educational institutions showed that as an alternative to the two known methods of stimulation (material and non-material), a tool of "virtual stimulation"can be used.
