Perception of the Role of Academic Supervisor in Relation to the Student`s Educational Strategy

his work is an empirical study, which is devoted to the study of the perception of the role of supervisor depending on the educational strategies of students and other characteristics. In the process of obtaining higher education, interaction with the supervisor is unavoidable, since when receiving an education, the student needs to write large analytical papers such as coursework, a diploma. Despite all of the above, the role of supervisor is most often studied at the postgraduate level. However, at the undergraduate level, its role may be significant. As part of the study, the study of the perception of the role of supervisor depending on educational strategies and other characteristics of Moscow graduates of undergraduate / specialty. The objectives of the study were achieved using a quantitative method, namely an online survey. The array of collected data was 322 respondents. Within the framework of the study, educational strategies of students and types of perceptions of the supervisor were identified, the relationship between which was absent.
