Mindfulness: Measuring Psychometric Properties and Elaborating Construct

The general purpose of the study was to examine psychometric properties of the mindfulness questionnaires and to elaborate the multi-faceted model of mindfulness. Achieved results confirmed validity of the Russian adaptations, except the Nonreactivity scale (FFMQ) which is suggested for further development. Results provide new data about relations between the mindfulness and various forms of personality self-reflection, as well as their contribution to personality development. In future studies, authors suggest to investigate ability to verbal self-description and its contribution to self-regulation on different levels of the personality development.
