In different theories choice as a psychological phenomenon is often replaced by other concepts demonstrating only its cognitive, "objective" side, without addressing the personality role in this process. The study aims to investigate the subjective quality of choice. The respondents (N=575) were asked to describe two choice situations of different subjective quality and complete several personality techniques. It was assumed that the content and the process of subjectively “high”-quality and “low”-quality choices will differ and will be connected with several personal characteristics. The obtained results will be useful for both theoretical and practical applications.
