Using Simulation Modeling for Effectiveness Improvement of Business Processes Automation

Business processes automation is one of the prior tasks for most of the modern companies. It allows to significantly increase industry or business process efficiency. But there is still a problem of how to make it properly and to avoid failure and unforeseen bottlenecks. In this paper, the efficiency improvement of business processes through the implication of simulation modeling is researched. Different tools for simulation modeling are analyzed and compared. Simulation modeling is used during automation of building inspection activities. Results of simulation modeling utilization are described and evaluated.
