Research of Content Expertise Problem on the Internet and Development of Authority Validation Service

The topic of content expertise on the Internet and its importance for site content promotion has become increasingly relevant nowadays. Promotion of content in the Internet is becoming one of the main business drivers, creating the reputation of a company. In this study, a comprehensive analysis of this topic is carried out, starting from systematization of a theoretical approach for evaluation content expertise, ending with the analysis of real cases on the effectiveness of promoting expert content and developing a system design for improving quality and validation the authenticity of text content. The demand for such a solution was investigated with a series of surveys and interviews. They show the existence of a market need for a service. This assumption was tested in practice, for which the service was implemented and introduced to the market in a simplified agency format. Taking into account the data obtained during testing of the product, its financial and economic model was compiled, which showed the economic efficiency of the project.
