Problems of Legal Regulation of Invalidity of Transactions in the Business

The present work is a comprehensive analysis of the legal regulation, the doctrinal provisions and enforcement positions regarding the question of invalidity of transactions in business and is aimed at identifying current problems in this field and elaboration of recommendations on their elimination. Thus, theoretical provisions concerning the concept of business transactions and the grounds for their invalidation were developed in the work. Also developed proposals to improve Russian legislation on the recognition of business transactions invalid. Special attention is paid to the study of ways to protect the rights of business entities violated by invalid transactions, and the application of the consequences of recognition of such transactions invalid.
