Features of Bankruptcy of Individual Entrepreneurs in the Russian Federation

The paper deals with the problem of designation of features of bankruptcy of individual (private) entrepreneurs. The purpose of the research is to reveal the factors the determine the grounds for recognition individual (private) entrepreneurs as a bankrupt. Methodologically, the research is conducted within the framework of civil law and bankruptcy law, which help to analyze signs of insolvency. The research is expected to result in formulating of features and nature of bankruptcy of individual entrepreneurs. The results are intended to be adopted for practical use, moreover to identify differences in bankruptcy proceedings of citizens. The structure of the work consists of an introduction, three chapters comprising seven paragraphs, a conclusion, a list of references and an annex as tables.
