Analysis and Improvement of Business Processes Based on Functional and Cost Analysis

This work is devoted to a problem of increase in functionality of work of the enterprise by improvement of its business processes. There are many methods of reengineering of business processes, one of the most effective and at the same time labor-consuming is the method of functionally cost analysis. In this paper this method was used to solve a problem of optimization of realization of business process on expenses of resources. Process of acceptance and processing of the application at the “Maristroy” enterprise was considered for the detailed analysis and improvement. The optimized model of process was used for improvement of the separate industry of the enterprise of rather functional and cost expenses.
