This document examines the business process of the selected enterprise, analyzes it, identifies its shortcomings and possible ways of optimization. This is how the methods of digital transformation and crisis management approach are determined, with the help of which the business process has been optimized. In conclusion, further recommendations and suggestions for possible IT tools that will enhance work efficiency.
