This work is devoted to the development of marketplace for designer clothing. In the work great importance is given to the management of the project and the team. A detailed study of the existing project management methodologies, as well as the experience of their application in the largest Russian companies, has been carried out. Were also investigated the most popular technology stacks for technical product development. The research results are applied in the practice of team management, and the selected technology stack is applied during product development.
