Image Recognition in Mobile Devices

This paper is about the task of recognizing products from the supermarket using a camera on an iOS device. The first part of the work is devoted to the creation of dataset, and the second is the analysis of advanced solutions to distribute some of the calculations on the GPU when the classifier works on the device.
