Academic Supervisor Klepikov Vladimir Pavlovich, doctor of technical science, professor Key Words: transport services for logistic system, logistic costs, routes reorganization, supply system in warehouse network, strategic profit model The object of the study of the qualification work is logistic services as support for a trading company. The subject of the research is improvement of transport services provision. Suggestions developed in this work can be applied for the focus company “HealthCare” and other trading companies. The analysis of logistic activity of the focus company showed that the main bottlenecks are long lead times for deliveries from plants and not always efficient choice of transportation routes. As a result, this leads to service level decrease and logistic costs increase. The range of solutions including routes reorganization and changes in supply syste, in the warehouse network was proposed with the aim to eliminate above mentioned bottlenecks. Economic efficiency of the proposed measures implementation was assessed on the basis of the strategic profit model. As a result, the proposed measures lead to the return on equity increase of the focus company by 3,8 p. p. Volume of the work: pages - 75, figures - 20, tables - 25, literature sources - 28.
