Anti-corruption Compliance in Russia and France: Comparative Legal Study

This paper is dedicated to the analysis of the implementation of anti-corruption compliance control in Russian and French companies, taking into account international standards in corruption control in the private sphere. The first chapter sheds light on the evolution of such terms as 'corruption', 'anti-corruption compliance' in international law, including international conventions and soft law in the sphere of anti-corruption foreign cross-boundary laws. In the second chapter, the concept and sources of legal regulations in anti-corruption compliance in Russia and France are examined. The last chapter is devoted to the comparative legal analysis of the principles and structural schemes of anti-corruption compliance in the chosen companies.
