Employment Contract With Creative Workers

This thesis is devoted to the peculiarities of the creative workers’ labor regulation as well as the features of employment contract with creative workers (such as its content, its conduct and its termination). We have defined some scientific conclusions and proposals that focus on improving the present legislation referring to the creative workers. The structure of the work has been conceived in accordance with the study’s goals and objectives and includes the introduction, two chapters which consist of five paragraphs, conclusion and bibliographic list. The object of our research is an employment contract with creative workers. The subject of the research is the legal provisions, which regulate the procedure for concluding and maintaining the employment contract, as well as the domestic and foreign literature, doctrines, research.
