TV-special Report. Unavailable Accessible Environment (Creative Format)

This thesis is the creation of its own media product. The work consisted in filming a special report on the social theme of the disabled, as well as the federal program "Accessible Environment". The first chapter of the thesis covers the history of the appearance of the report, identifies the specifics of the special report, its features and varieties. It describes the main features of the television special report, as well as examines special reports about the “Accessible Environment”, compares the implementation of the program in the capital and the regions. The second chapter explains the choice of the protagonist, experts, as well as the two cities, Moscow and Ulyanovsk. In addition, the functions of each participant and the problems encountered during the execution of the work are described in detail.
