Academic Supervisor Klepikov Vladimir Pavlovich, doctor of technical science, professor Key Words: transport services for logistic system, logistic costs, routes reorganization, transportation, strategic profit model The object of the study of the qualification work is transportation services for a retailer company. The subject of the research is improvement of transport services as support for the company’s logistic system. Proposals made by the author can be applied for the focus company “Factor” and other retailer companies. The analysis of logistic activity of the focus company showed that the main bottlenecks are long lead times for deliveries from plants and not rational routes for intra-country deliveries. In order to eliminate this problems, routes both for impost and intra-country deliveries were changed. Economic efficiency of the proposed measures implementation was assessed on the basis of the strategic profit model. As a result, the proposed measures lead to the return on equity increase of the focus company by 1,2 p. p.
