The aim of the Master’s dissertation is to improve the existing logistics controlling system of the manufacturing company. The objectives of the Master's dissertation include the analysis of economic, financial and logistics activities of the considered manufacturing company, analysis of the existing logistics controlling system, identification of the “bottlenecks”, improvement of the logistics controlling system, analysis of the economic efficiency of the developed measures. The economic viability of practical application of the developed business solutions has been proved.
