Legal Positivism: Origin and Development

As part of this work, the history of legal positivism, its development trends, its specificity and features were studied. When writing the work, the works of the classics of legal positivism were used: I. Bentham, J. Austin, G. Kelzen, G. Hart. In addition, analyzed the criticism of legal positivism in the person: R. Dvorkin. Modern authors on this topic were considered: V. Ogleznev, A. B. Didikin.
