Prospects for Cryonics Regulation

The purpose of the research is a prospective analysis of the legal regulation of cryonics and the development of proposals for it`s legal regulation. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to perform a number of tasks, including an analysis of the evolution of legislation in this area, a study of modern approaches to the regulation of cryonics both in Russia and abroad, as well as relevant judicial practice. As part of these tasks, the study of scientific literature in the field of law and related disciplines, analysis of the drafting of agreements on the provision of cryonification services between individuals and organizations providing relevant services will be carried out. In this research work will be studied the currently available scientific literature in the field of cryonics, as well as judicial practice.
