The Strategies of Chinese Bike-Sharing Startups Entry at the International Markets

The concept of a startup attracts a lot of attention from experienced businessmen and young people who want to become rich. As the big number of startups that became famous around the world come from China, many entrepreneurs strive to study the strategies of doing business in this country. It is not a secret that sooner or later every company wants to expand abroad and today it is possible for startups as well. However, as a startup is an innovative business, there is a question about which strategy of a company going abroad is the most suitable. Chinese bike-sharing startups became well-known in many countries because went global soon after they were set up in China. The aim of the work is to come up with the optimal strategy for a startup to expand in the international markets by taking Chinese bike-sharing startups as an example. To achieve the aim the analysis of basic strategies was conducted and compared to the actual schemes of Chinese startups. The survey could be useful for entrepreneurs who want their startups to go global.
