Sales Promotion Strategy for Company N’s Infant Cereals

The main goal of the master’s degree thesis was to develop a marketing set of activities for the sales promotion strategy. The company used at the project represents a highly competitive market for infant cereals that could be characterized by a moderate level of promotion-sales share. Nowadays proper approach to sales promotion strategy is a key success factor within FMCG markets.
