Stochastic Mathematical Programming Approach to Real Estate Management Project of Serbia

This paper is devoted to stochastic mathematical programming approach to Serbia real estate project risk management. The analysis of existing approaches to risk management and fields of stochastic programming application is provided. Then the stochastic programming model for Serbia real estate project is being built, and its advantages are demonstrated. Recomendations on its use in projects are given.
