Increasing the Competitiveness of the Transport/Logistics Operators

The study was carried out in order to highlight the current development of freight forwarding business in Russia. The work aims at the analysis of activity of LLC "RUS rail cargo", the study of the General principles of conducting freight forwarding business in international rail transport. The main purpose of the work is to analyze and evaluate the financial and economic indicators of the company's competitiveness, to identify bottlenecks and find methods of compensation. According to the results of the assessment, a positive result was revealed for rail cargo RUS LLC as one of the dynamically developing players in the Russian economy, in connection with which recommendations can be offered to improve the competitiveness of the company through organizational processes and multi-criteria selection of a pool of suppliers.
