The purpose of this work is to determine the main methods for improving the competitiveness of a road transport company that operates in the Russian market of transportation of the dark oil products. Within the graduate work, the relevance of this topic was determined, an analysis of the Russian market for the transportation of petroleum products was carried out, the company's economic and logistical activities were investigated, and problems in the supply chain were identified. Then, studies of Russian and foreign scientists on the topic of improving the competitiveness of a road transport company were analyzed and the possibility of applying their methods on the Russian market of petroleum products transportation was evaluated. In the last chapter of this work a set of measures was developed for improving the efficiency of the company work. 5.
