In modern society, individual lending is an integral part of our life . Most of large purchases are made on credit: real estate, car, apartment renovation, household appliances, etc. Every third person in the country at least once in his life get a credit. Individual Lending is one of the main activities and source of income of any commercial bank. Retail lending contributes both to improving the quality of life of the population in the country as a whole, and to increasing the rate of economic growth in the country. But at the same time, the Bank bears a characteristic credit risk for the borrower to avoid fulfilling its obligations or otherwise violating the terms of the contract. One of the main tools for ensuring the optimal level of credit risk and bank profitability is a well-considered credit process. It is a well-thought-out credit process that ensures maximum profit from loans issued on credit and helps to avoid attendant risks.
