The main purpose of the master's thesis is to implement CPFR basic ideas in order to imporve the performance of a selected company and the whole supply chain. The algorithm of CPFR implementation was developed and proposed for using. Also impoved organizational structure of Ferrero Russia was proposed. It was demonstrated that due to the use of the proposed algorithm, increasing of the company’s performance indicators will be observed.
