The purpose of this study is to develop a complete, well - formed commercial organization business plan, allowing the most effective and easy to enter the company into the relevant market, and ensure its successful operation in the activity initial stages, and then analyze the results with real data. The study contains a detailed essence business planning description, creating a business plan methods, and the most suitable of them in the framework of creating a business plan for a real enterprise practical implementation. The necessary calculations and the market and industry analysis required for the successful functioning of the future firm were made.
