Kurds and their impact on the policy of Turkey. History and current situation

Presented paper consists of introduction, three chapters and conclusion. Each chapter describes a significant period in the history of the Kurds and Kurdish national movement. Every chapter is divided into smaller parts which are dedicated to a certain issue or particular problem in the history of the Kurds. The First chapter shortly describes the history of Kurdish people till the middle of the XXth century. The second chapter is dedicated to the most active stage in the history of Kurdish liberation movement. The third chapter analyzes the so called “Kurdish factor” in the Middle East in the XXI Century. Main results of the study are presented in Conclusion along with a forecast of evolution of the “Kurdish problem” in the Middle East.
