Impact of Corporate Culture on Success of Organizational Project Management System Implementation

The thesis is devoted to the problem of the company’s corporate culture influence on the success of the organizational project management system (OPMS) implementation. The aim of the work is to assess the company’s corporate culture impact on the success of the OPMS implementation and to develop recommendations for taking this influence into account when planning the project of OPMS implementation. The object of the study are companies that have completed projects of the OPMS implementation. The subject of the study is the impact of studied company’s corporate culture on the realization of projects of the OPMS implementation. The theoretical part of the work examines the concepts of the company's corporate culture and project success, analyzes approaches of describing the influence of the company's corporate culture on the success of the projects being implemented. In the second chapter of the work, conclusions are drawn up based on the results of a study conducted to assess the impact of the company's culture elements on the realized projects of the OPMS implementation. According to the obtained results, in the third chapter of the thesis a roadmap of the project of the OPMS implementation is given, considering the influence of analyzed company’s corporate culture elements.
