Public Legal Regulation of the Status of State Corporations in Russia

State corporations have a dualistic nature, have a public and private law origin, which indicates the existence of specific public-legal relations between state corporations and Executive authorities, which are not always reflected in the Federal laws on the establishment of state corporations. The aim of the research is theoretical and pragmatic analysis of legal regulation in the spheres of public corporations. Research tasks are: - study of domestic legislation defining the status of state corporations; - exploration of scientific works on the theory and practice of legal regulation of public corporations; - study of the relationship between state corporations and authorities; - analysis of "public" and "private law" powers of state corporations; - disclosure of the essence of state corporations as subjects and objects of state administration; powers of the Federal bodies of state power of the Russian Federation on state management of state corporations. The methodological basis of the research is general scientific methods: logical, historical, analytical. In addition, scientific methods of complex systematic study of phenomena and processes were used. The empirical basis of the research is the materials of the Russian law enforcement practice in the sphere of legal regulation of state corporations. The research consists of introduction, main part, conclusion and bibliography. The main part consists of two chapters. The first Chapter deals with the legal basis on which state corporations operate, their rights and obligations, as well as responsibility. The second Chapter examines the direct relationship between public authorities and public corporations.
