The Logistics Business Processes Improvement Based on the Concept of Lean production (in the Case of Manufacturing Company)

The masters dissertation in its structure consists of an introduction, three main chapters, conclusion, bibliography (43 titles) and two appendices. The main text of the work is presented on 118 pages, contains 20 tables and 35 figures. The introduction reflects the relevance of the chosen topic, sets the goals and objectives of the work, object, subject of research, practical significance novelty of the study. The first part is devoted to the study of the actives of LLC MKZ, for which the main production, economic and financial indicators are analyzed, external factors affecting the company's actives are estimated, the analysis of the company's position in the market is carried out, the main production and logistics business process of the enterprise are studied, on the basis of which the problems of the organization of logistics business processes of MKZ are identified. In the second part, the theoretical aspects of the process approach and LP technologies in the logistics system are studied: the conceptual apparatus on the topic is studied, the classification of business processes is given, the structural scheme of the elements of the logistics business process is presented, the main types of losses and LP tools are considered, the characteristic features of the business process approach and LP inherent in manufacturing enterprises for the production of ceramic bricks are revealed. The third part developed and implemented an approach to the gradual improvement of business processes on the basis of LP in LLC "MKZ", identified the main losses, their causes and consequences, formed a reference plan of the project with the indication of specific activities, distributed over time, and evaluated the effectiveness of the proposed project using Dupont model and in terms of the degree of achievement of goals and solutions to the identified problems. The conclusion contains a summary of the main conclusions, proposals and practical results of the master's dissertation.
