Improvement of the Company's Logistic Business Processes Based on Information Technologies

In this paper, we analyzed the existing logistics business processes in the freight forwarding company that specializes in container rail transportation from China. The analysis of the company's economic and logistics activities helped to reveal the main problems connected with the inefficiency of the used information system and the management of information flows in general. Then a list of recommendations was developed to improve logistics business processes based on the use of information technologies. In the third chapter of the work, changes in the logistics business processes were presented due to implementation of the new software. Moreover, this part of work provides the improvement of logistics and financial indicators after the implementation of the proposed measures.
