Information System Designing for Clients of Dental Clinics

The presented research paper covers the design of an information system for clients of dental clinics. Author: Satyukov Stanislav Romanovich. Faculty: Economics, Management and Business Informatics. Scope of work: 90 pages, including applications. The first chapter is devoted to the analysis of the dental market, which deals with information systems for medical institutions, including dental ones. Based on the analysis, the requirements for the future system are described, development tools are analyzed and selected. The second chapter deals with the design of the information system “Jino”. Using BPMN 2.0 tools, models of future business processes are considered, on the basis of which project scenarios are described, page prototypes are formed and a database is designed. The third chapter describes the stages of project creation, financial and investment indicators, as well as the main risks of the project.
