Title of the thesis: "Application of Computer Tools for Modeling and Optimization of Logistical Networks Student: Alexey Bagretsov, BLG Group 151, School of Logistics, HSE Scientific adviser: Zahodyakin Gleb Viktorovich, Senior Lecturer Keywords: main transportation network, simulation modeling, optimization experiment, cost / service balance, delivery time. In this work, a project is being implemented to optimize the backbone transportation network of LLC “Internet Solutions” in connection with the task set to reduce logistics costs without sacrificing the quality of logistics services. The aim of the work is to develop a simulation model to improve the efficiency and maintain the “cost-service” balance of the logistic network and the network of main-line transportation of a major online retailer. A method for optimizing the network of long-haul transportation has been proposed, which can be used as a basis for solving such problems in this or similar industries. The solution of the problem is based on the simulation model using the AnyLogic program. The effectiveness of the proposed solutions is justified by the DuPont model.
