In a market economy, designing business activities causes some difficulties: trends follow each other, and the demand for goods and services changes even in the process of writing a business plan. On the other hand, only a serious approach to the planning process in the absence of market stability accumulates information about the current state of affairs in the industry, about the state of the company, its capabilities, development prospects and risks of activity, and thus creates the necessary basis for sustainable and efficient operation of the company.
