Country cottage villages are an integral segment of the real estate market, especially in the Moscow region. The desire for unity with nature has long been part of the life of Muscovites. Every year the number of settlements is rapidly increasing, but the problem with the quality of their social infrastructure remains relevant today. The final qualifying work is devoted to the design of improvement of the cottage settlement "Polyana" to improve the comfort of living of residents. The village is located near the town of Krasnoznamensk, Moscow region. In the design process, the following factors were taken into account: the territory of the settlement, its location, historical maps, climatic conditions, and insolation of the territory. The initial layout of the territory was also analyzed, shortcomings were revealed and a new solution was proposed for the improvement of the village. The new solution is provided by zoning plans, a general layout, a plan for the road network, a lighting plan, and sections of certain zones. During the development of the project, attention was focused on the following objects: - public areas (entrance group, restaurant, shop, sports fields, playgrounds, gazebos, stage, lookout); - street-road network (parking, highways, driveways, pedestrian and bicycle paths); - functional lighting. As a result of the design, visualizations of the above-listed objects are presented with a text description.
