The academic paper describes a case of the importer of equipment that distributes products in Russia for the engineering industry, metallurgical plants and the oil and gas sector. The main purpose of the paper is to develop a solution for the transportation logistics improvement by selecting alternative solutions in the implementation of the outsourcing strategy and establishing the KPI system.
