Integration of Information Technologies in the Archival Industry(on the Example of Republic of Kazakhstan)

Topic of the thesis: Integration of Information Technologies in the Archival Industry(on the Example of Republic of Kazakhstan).The volume of graduation thesis is 80 pages, it contains3figures. During the research 27 sources were used.The relevance of the topicis determined byemerging trends in informatization, changes and problems in the field of archives in the Kazakhstan. This topic is still poorly studied in Kazakhstan, because it is quite new not only from theoretical but also from practical point of view. The issue of regulation has not yet been raised. The object of the study is the organization and institution of the archival industry of the of Kazakhstan, actively using in their work the technology of digitalization. The subject of the study is a set of measures and approaches that form the conditions for improving the efficiency of the use of digital technologies in the archival production of the of Kazakhstan. The paper consists of introduction, three chapters, conclusion, references, and 2 appendices. Introduction outlines the purpose of the work, the relevance of the chosen topic, as well as the tasks to be solved in the course of writing. First chapter describes the essence of the archives of organizations and state and municipal archives. Also basic principles of informatization of archival business at the present time are described. Second chapter is an analysis of the management of the archive industry. In addition, main problems arising in the informatization of archival Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Third chapter describes the key approaches to digitalization of archives abroad. On the basis of foreign experience, taking into account the specifics of the national structure of archival business, as a solution to the above problems, a draft regulatory documentation for the implementation of the project of digitization of archival documents in the Republic of Kazakhstan is presented. In conclusion, the results of the work are outlined
