In the dissertation, the task is to consider the influence of organizational factors on the development of a business management system on the example of Open Joint Stock Company "Yumax". Particular attention was paid to certain and theoretically worked out factors and success criteria as part of the development of a project management system. During the analysis of the company, the methods of questioning, interviewing and ethnography were used, which confirmed the interrelation of theory and practice. At the end of the work, recommendations of LLC Yumaks were proposed, taking into account the specifics of the industry and the size of the company.
