The company's stakeholders are interested in the growth of the company, which contributes to the increase in its value, as this leads to an increase in poor welfare. Maintaining a steady level of company growth in most cases is a more difficult task than achieving the growth itself. The problem of achieving sustainable growth remains relevant and significant regardless of the market, the period of the company, as well as the stage of the life cycle of the organization. Identifying the factors of a sustainable growth index will help determine the foci of attention that are worth paying for achieving maximum company efficiency.
