The level of maturity of project management in the company has a great influence on the future development. The main purpose of this work is to develop recommendations for the company (FMC HSE), based on identifying the level of maturity of project management. This study presents the utilization of P3M3 (selected model) for project management maturity assessment. For this task the qualitative sociological method, particularly semi-structured interviews with project manager and team members are going to be conducted. As a result, the level of maturity was determined and recommendations for its improvement were developed taking into account the peculiarities of the company under consideration.
