Final qualifying work is devoted to the study of underdeveloped problems associated with the use of cryptocurrency as an investment tool. This paper examines federal legislation and judicial practice, as well as drafts of federal laws in this area of ​​law, as well as their legal analysis. In addition, the work identifies the main problems of legal regulation arising in the process of investing in digital assets using the example of cryptocurrencies. In the course of consideration of these problems, various ways of improving and developing the regulatory framework in the field of cryptocurrency legal regulation are proposed.
