The Impact of Macroeconomic Indicators of the Financial Market on the Development of Russian Companies

The main problem of the development of Russian companies is that currently our companies and financial markets are highly dependent on macroeconomic indicators. But in our country there is a very poorly developed macroeconomy, which is necessary for the successful running of our own business. In addition, current approaches to solving problems in financial markets are less effective in comparison with the practices of other countries, since they are more theoretical than obtaining the necessary knowledge, skills and competencies through the acquisition of practical experience. This paper presents an analysis of existing studies to determine macroeconomic indicators that influence the development / growth of companies. Also, a regression analysis of especially significant indicators was carried out, allowing to display their relationship with the development of companies. This study can be used by the main management team of companies to pay attention and take into account the above-described macroeconomic indicators of the financial market for further forecasting activities and building a strategy for the development of their enterprise. It can also be used by researchers to build analyzes to identify the most important and influencing macroeconomic factors of financial markets for companies in the short and long term.
