Labor in Modern Art and a "Social Town" Rusinovo Like a Reference for the Collection

Nowadays the theme of labour is widespread in contemporary art. Many works of art are focused on the inclusive context. This topic discusses the rights of workers, people with visual disabilities, the feelings and mental health of a person while the process of work. Labour - is an aggregate of all human physical and mental efforts used in creation of goods and services. The paper is exploring a fundamental question: How does labour of a person and a particular working process affect the physical and mental conditions of a person and his working clothes. The paper gives different ideas for finding the resolution of stabilization of different conditions of workers. The work reports on the different stages of mental conditions in the process of work, such as severe fatigue, monotony, chronic fatigue and stress. The results show a clear substitution of concepts in the USSR, particularly in terms of the uniform and working clothes. There are some results about the exploring the clothes of workers in the factories, which show the erasing borders between the home clothes and the working clothes, between the meaning and irrationality. The author nevertheless summarized different points of view about labour in the contemporary art and the ideas in this paper can be transformed into manipulations with the materials, clothes deconstruction and creation of a new fashion clothes collection which can be linked to the today’s fashion trends.
