Shares in Intellectual Property Right

My final qualifying work considers the shares’ existence in intellectual property right and its status in modern legal regulation in Russian Federation. My research is written as legal consultant’s opinion. In the main part of my work I give an answer why my client cannot divide his intellectual right into shares because of the modern civil Russian regulation and why it is hypothetically can be possible.
