Faculty: Graduate School of Business

Educational Programme: Management (Bachelor)

Year of Graduation: 2019

The selection of candidates is often subjective, and the employer takes advantage of the personal ideas and vision of the ideal candidate. However, the competencies and requirements for the candidate are not formalized in due form, which causes problems. For example, after passing the selection, the employee does not meet he company's expectations from his position. In this regard, it became necessary to create formal job profiles for a company in the service sector. The purpose of the work is to develop and create a Job profile of the administrator and the teacher in the service sector company. During the study, two methods were used: an interview and a method of profiling competences using cards. The data after the interview such as the formal requirements and on the skills, knowledge, attitudes, and principles of ideal candidates obtained from the results of the study formed the first stage of the development of the job profile. Next, two group processes conducted for the selection and placement of competency cards for positions: teacher and administrator. The results are the profiles of the positions of the administrator and teacher of the dance studio that are ready to use during the selection of these positions.
