Problems and Prospects for the Development of Coal Bed Methane

Master’s thesis represents an analysis of the economic aspects of the development of coalbed methane. In the research the main characteristics, problems and prospects for the production of coalbed methane, as one of the forms of unconventional, but perspective gas, were analyzed. The practical basis of the work is an econometric study of the coalbed methane industry in the United States.
